With respect to soy milk, the Chinese makes it simply mixing the juice from the soy beans with water, and adds sugar for flavouring. I found that the western soy milk often has other additives to prolong its shelf life and to enhance its flavour. I personally prefer the Chinese soy milk because it’s purer and am not sure if the additives in western soy milk are all good to health on a long term basis.

Wow, I never knew orange juice was so bad! I drink it as part of a “healthy” smoothie every morning! Time to change things up! Thanks for the info
