I am currently a freshman in college and I love food and cooking. I wouldn’t say that I’m overweight but I do have an eating problem. I’ve tried everything under the sun to curb my appetite but I always feel hungry, even when I’ve just eaten a large meal. I crave sugar, especially chocolate. Whenever I try to limit myself I end up eating half that bag of chocolate chips instead of the handful I started with. Any advice?
Omg I suffer from this too!!! Breakfast is so important, if I don’t alkaline my system and have a green drink every morning my appetite is through the roof all day!
And yes good fats have saved my life!! Thanks for this article I’m going to share it with my clients
